I am writing you to thank you so much for your amazing work in “renovating” our website.  This project served up a few challenges – an unreasonable deadline, custom graphics, and a concentration on photography to name a few, and each challenge was met with friendly  and professional problem solving.

Your response time was fantastic, as was your ability to get my business on the first try.  Your answers and technological expertise made this process very easy for someone like me who doesn’t have an in-depth understanding of how websites work.

I’ll be expanding this site in the months to come, and refuse to work with anyone but you on it.
