NetIntellects, Inc. was contracted to develop a second generation Web site for the Town of North Castle. Design and navigation were clearly our main challenges. The development team all agreed on creating a design outside that of the conventional government site. Photographs were taken of the area to enhance each site page. Color not only is used to embellish on the overall design, it is also used as a navigation tool. Our second challenge was to create an intuitive and easy to navigate content rich web site.

Having our main objectives in place the needs of each Town Department were addressed. Adding forms and applications in pdf file format, easy tax payments on line and a calendar of events, are just of few of the many features of the web site.
